Enterprise Fitness is Australia’s leading 1-on-1 strength training studio. They offer a wide range of health and fitness services designed to help people of all shapes and sizes achieve life-changing results.
Enterprise Fitness are very active on social media, to showcase the amazing transformations they help their clients achieve. They also blog regularly, and have a podcast to educates people and personal trainers to improve their skill levels and smash their goals!
Enterprise Fitness has an amazing reputation as the leader and the ‘go-to experts’ in their industry. Just look ath the amount of social proof they had with the ‘Before & After’ photos! Wow!
The problem was that their website was looking a bit tired and dated, which negatively impacted trust in their brand.
Due to their industry authority, and SEO efforts their website ranks very well, so we had to make sure we didn’t undo anything that would negatively affect their organic traffic.
They wanted their website to convey their premium personal training experience to potential clients that visit their website.
In our strategy session with Mark Ottobre, he shared his passion and some stories of how his business has transformed the lives of his clients. We dove deep into understanding his marketing strategy and use of his blog, podcast, and social media to not only attract new clients but also to attract the best Personal Trainers in the country to join his team.
We created a mood board that was inspired by his interior Designer’s vision for Mark’s new premises, which is very cool with a modern gritty look.
The client loved the new visual direction for the brand and we go to work, while our copywriting partners got to work on the messaging.
We utilized various social proof elements, including testimonials and impact metrics, to showcase the success of our client’s customers to establish credibility. These elements help potential clients feel confident in their decision to invest in their premium services.
We made sure to highlight trust-building tools such as a podcast, blog, and a free e-book chapter to help engage and educate potential clients while providing valuable information.
Mark has just written a new book, so we designed the sales page to offer a free chapter.
Overall, our strategic use of social proof and trust-building tools, along with effective design elements, enabled our client to establish themselves as leaders and go-to people in the personal training industry.
