Effortless Swimming is a swimming coaching and training platform that provides resources and support to individuals who are looking to improve their swimming skills and swim with more ease and efficiency.
Effortless Swimming also provides a supportive community for swimmers to connect with one another and share their experiences. Members of the community can participate in discussion forums, connect with other swimmers for support and mentorship, and attend in-person events and swim camps.
The main challenge for the website design for Effortless Swimming was to boost their leads and membership sales while improving the overall aesthetics of the brand.
The previous strategy of the website was good because it lead with amazing free content to educate its visitors. So we kept that aspect, however, it didn’t have a clear pathway and strategy for warming up the cold website traffic.
We also decided not to use any stock photography so they stand out from their competitors who all use similar stock images. We used original photos provided by the client to make the website more professional and authoritative.
To solve the challenges faced with the previous website design, we worked closely with our copywriting partners, who rewrote all of the messaging site-wide, including the sales pages to clearly highlight the benefits of their offers. We then enhanced the copy with our conversion-focused professional design style that’s unique to their brand, and set them apart from their competitors. We also added psychological drivers that emphasized the results that their members achieved, and their authority-boosting metrics to bring even more credibility to their brand.
We decided not to use any stock photos. Instead, we used the client’s own photos of the swimming lessons, clinics, and camps to provide a better understanding of the offerings and to make the website look more unique and trustworthy. The website design was improved by using a clean, modern, and professional layout, and incorporating visual elements that reinforced the brand identity of Effortless Swimming.
To enhance the user experience, we made it easy to navigate, used clear calls-to-actions, and ensured that the site loaded quickly and is mobile-friendly.
